1. Exchange Policy
 
Upgrade Value: Based on the original purchase amount.
 
Eligibility: The diamond must have been purchased from FM Trading and accompanied by a recognized laboratory grading report.
Condition: The diamond must be in its original, unchanged state.
Grading Report: The original lab grading report must be returned with the diamond in a resalable condition.
Missing/Damaged Report: If the original grading report is lost or damaged, a recertification fee will apply (GIA, EGL USA).

Finished Diamond Jewelry

  • Eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition.
  • Exchanges may be applied toward another jewelry item of equal or greater value.
  • Custom-made, modified, sized, or engraved items are not eligible for exchange.
 
 
2. Warranty Coverage
 
Diamonds:
 
A Lifetime Warranty covers all natural diamonds purchased from FM Trading against any defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty covers the diamond’s original quality as described in the accompanying grading report.

Fine Jewelry:

A One-Year Warranty from the date of purchase covers fine jewelry.
This warranty protects against defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
 

 Return Policy

 
Return Window:
 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Diamonds:

 
Must be in original, unaltered condition with all documentation and certification.
Fine Jewelry:
 
Must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
 
Custom Orders

Custom-made, modified, sized, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable unless received defective or shipped incorrectly.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
